Information

In the month of May, we are focusing on #collectivelearningandgiving. We will pick out different reference and study/take note down observations together on our virtual classroom on Google Meet.

Every week, we will rotate the references we will be studying: From The Universal Penman book, Engrossers’ Script or alternative roundhand scripts.

At these study sessions, we will not be teaching you what is right/wrong. Instead, we will note down factual observations we have made together specific to the references we are studying. The notes will be compiled together and sent to everyone.

Everyone that is joining this study group must contribute your thoughts and observations from your perspective. No questions or observations are silly. In fact, beginners joining us may provide us with a beginners' perspective, which can be very helpful for seasoned calligraphers. 

For our May fundraiser sessions, we are dedicating 100% of the proceeds from our online study group to selected charities/organisations.

Who can join?

If you have some experience in pointed pen calligraphy, you are welcome to join us!

If you have no experience, It is not advisable to join but if you would like to donate anyway, feel free add your desired amount to cart and let us know you are purely just donating to our cause!

Our Beneficiary this week

The Courage Fund by Community Chest. The Courage fund donations will go towards supporting and providing relief to vulnerable individuals and families, including healthcare workers, frontline workers and volunteers, affected by the COVID-19 situation in Singapore. After our gathering, we will share the final amounts we have raised/donated!
